1/ This thread will detail how I go about Installing a Mastodon instance on an old 2009 21.5” iMac (4GB RAM, 1TB SATA HDD, 3Ghz Core2Duo)

I’m going to dual boot it with macOS (10.13) and use Ubuntu to host the mastodon server following the instructions at joinmastodon.org

This will be a step by step as I learn and go along… so you will see my mistakes. It might be useful :)
