This is an excellent investigative report on Doug Ford and the . The back room dealing is blatant with obvious insider information being provided for the benefit of a few privileged developers. Ford didn't reverse course because of public outcry - he backed down because he was being investigated by the RCMP. Public opinion means nothing but jail time is a real motivator.
