Security researchers reveal 15 apps with malware on Google Play store

The apps "offer" loans to users under deception and often false terms. The apps are actually stealing sensitive info, and also collects info on the device. The apps have over 8 million installs and primarily target users in South America, Southeast Asia and Africa. The apps have now been removed.

Users are advised to review the loan apps they use
